To be successful is a desire that accompanies each of us, day after day, year after year.

But have you done everything it takes to be successful in your personal, professional and financial life?

Year after year, as is the custom for the vast majority, there you were on the last day of the year making plans for the new year that was about to begin.

Super excited, setting goals with that feeling that “Now go!” “This year will be all right!” “This year I will be successful!” But will it really?

Could it be that this year you will not do exactly the same things that delayed and hindered you in previous years?

Will this year really put aside all the bad habits that you have been promising to quit for years?

Well, I don’t know what your goals, your goals, your desires or your dreams are. But one thing I can say for sure. If the word sacrifice is not part of your life, your day to day and is not in pursuit of your goals … forget it.

Sacrifice is one of the main things that determine the success of everything we set as a goal in life.

Putting that in numbers, less than 50% of people take the trouble to set goals for their lives and of that percentage just over 5% manage to achieve their goals.

The truth is that half of those 50% who start a new year by setting goals give up or settle down again in the first week.

But then, how can you be part of the minority that can go all the way and achieve all your goals and be successful?

To help you with this I have separated 7 strategies for you to start applying from now on and become someone successful.

Here on my blog I always bring a lot of material about digital entrepreneurship, digital marketing, affiliate system and more to help you earn extra income working at home over the internet.

But today I wanted to bring you different content. Something to help you put into practice everything you’ve been trying to do in your life, but so far you haven’t been able to.

Let’s go to the first point that you need to correct from now on to become a successful person.

1 Focus on the process and not the result you want to achieve.

It’s normal to start a new year with goals like… “This year I’m going to lose weight!”,

“This year I will be able to earn a lot of money!”

“This year I will learn to speak another language!”

“This year I am going to buy a car!”

The size of the goal you want to achieve doesn’t matter. The problem is not what you intend to achieve, but what you are going to do to achieve this result.

So it is important that you do not focus on the OBJECTIVE, but on the process. You want to be successful and this is great! You lose weight or buy a new car… perfect! However, your focus has to be entirely focused on the process that you will need to develop to achieve these results.

For example: If you want to learn another language, focus on studying at least 1 hour a day, so many times a week.

If you want to lose weight, focus on diet and physical activity. Weight loss will happen naturally while maintaining consistency in this process.

If you want to buy a car, focus on saving money each month and avoiding unnecessary credit card or loan expenses.

Focusing on the process will help you pay much more attention to everything you need to do to get where you want to be.

2 Planning

Try to plan your day and week in advance.

Doing this, with each new day you will have everything planned and organized leaving no room for doubts or questions.

Your day will have a clear direction on everything you need to do and when to do it, increasing your income more and more each day.

Even if you do all the planning, try to be flexible, as there may be unforeseen events along the way that force you to leave the schedule a little. But that does not mean that you have failed.

This only happens when you throw everything up and give up!

3 create a ritual to stay focused on everything you do.

Performing numerous tasks at the same time does not mean being productive. On the contrary. This actually gets in the way of the whole process, as you end up doing nothing completely or focusing.

You know that feeling of having been busy all day and at the end of the day it seems like nothing has been done? Beat that feeling of unproductiveness.

This is because during the day you focus on several other tasks of low relevance or do not perform them in a deeper and more complete way.

Nowadays it is rare to find people who focus on a single task to perform it with focus and depth.

The vast majority, while they are performing a task, seek out external distractions or have their head on a number of other unimportant things.

They move on their cell phones, watch videos, keep looking for gossip on social networks and various other things that only hinder performance.

But how to avoid all this?

You can start by creating a very simple ritual such as: before you start working, set and clean your desk, close the door if possible, create a quiet environment and turn off your cell phone.

Doing this every day for a few days, your brain will understand that it is time to enter a state of maximum concentration to perform a certain task with the utmost attention and quality.

There are no shortcuts to being successful, but there are processes in which you must focus your focus if you want to achieve that goal.

4 Write down all aspects of your life that you want to improve

Doing so will make you aware of the bad choices you have made in the past and will bring you clarity for future decisions.

So write down every aspect you want to transform in your life.

For example: if you want to get out of debt control and write down every penny you spend. If you want to lose weight, have a list of exercises written down, as well as everything you eat during the day.

Do this as if you want to impress someone and that person is watching you closely.

5 Stay away from negative people who don’t understand the greatness of your goals

Unfortunately this is a sad reality. There will always be those who will try to sabotage you in some way.

Some out of malice, but there are also those who don’t do it bad. They just don’t understand that you are a person who thinks outside the box, who has his ambitions and wants to be successful.

A very simple example of this… if you intend to study to be an engineer or lawyer… “Show de bola” the vast majority will support you.

Now if you say you want to live off music, art or be an entrepreneur … be prepared for criticism and a lack of support.

And that will come mainly from the people closest to you. Most are old-fashioned and do not understand that the world has changed and with this change numerous possibilities have emerged for you to be successful in several other areas.

So the best thing you can do is get away. At least until your results appear. Because when they show up, everyone who was against you and didn’t support you will want to be around to see how you did it.

6 Take responsibility for your current situation

Whether your life today is good or bad, you alone are responsible for this. You are exactly where you put yourself.

Your current scenario is not the fault of the government, your friends or your parents.

Whatever your reality today, it is the result of your behavior and the choices you have made.

So take responsibility. If everything went well… great! Your merit! If everything went wrong… the credit is also yours.

Many people spend too much time in life trying to find external culprits for their failure. It is always the other’s fault.

It’s someone’s fault if you decided to stop studying.

It’s someone’s fault if your boss fired you because you were late or missed.

It’s someone’s fault if your boyfriend left you.

Take your responsibility if you want to be successful!

7 Life is difficult! So, be even more difficult than life.

How do you want to be successful in life if you can barely beat the alarm clock in the morning?

There are going to be days when you don’t want to do anything but spend the whole day lying around waiting for time to pass.

There will be days when just thinking about having to work or study you will feel like crying.

Having to take that crowded drive to get to work and put up with an unbearable boss, unbearable customers or coworkers who try to harm you will be desperate.

But know that it will be at precisely these moments that your determination and focus will be tested.

And if you can’t face it with determination, your goals to be successful this year will go to pieces just as they did in previous years.

So try to be tougher than life! Be determined if you want to be successful and take whatever it takes until you get the results you want.

Before closing I would like to recommend an extremely valuable read to you. In BOOK DEEP WORK the author explains things like: The problems that lack of focus and depth when performing a task bring and the benefits in being a person focused and determined to achieve your goals.
